The 25 Point Plan
The Primary focus of our 25 Point Plan is:
- The Common Interest of our people before the Self – The Spirit of National Socialism
- Abolition of our slavery to the perpetual interest demanded by global capital – the core of National Socialism
We demand the union of all White European Americans to reclaim control of our government on the basis of the right of self-determination enjoyed by all nations, and on the basis of Natural Law, which entitles us to define ourselves as a people.
None but members of the Nation may be citizens of the State. As a family is united in common blood, none but those of White European ancestry may be members of the American Nation.
Jews are ethnically neither White nor European and therefore cannot be members of The American Nation.
Anyone who is not a citizen of the State may live in America only as a guest and must be regarded as being subject to foreign laws.
The right of voting on the State’s government and legislation is to be enjoyed by the citizens of the State alone. We demand, therefore, that all official appointments of whatever kind, whether at the National, State, or Local level shall be granted to citizens of the State alone.
We demand that the State shall make its FIRST duty to promote the industry and livelihood of citizens of the State. If it is not possible to nourish, house, and provide work for the entire population of the State, foreign nationals (non citizens of the State) must be removed from our lands.
All non White-European immigration must be stopped and the damage done to our national unity reversed. We demand the complete nullification of the Hart-Celler Act. All non-Whites who entered the United States subsequent to December 1st, 1965, and all those who obtained citizenship by birth to those who obtained it through this act, shall be stripped of citizenship and required to depart the country forthwith.
All citizens of the State shall be equal as regards both rights and duties.
It must be the first duty of each able citizen of the State to work with his mind or with his body. The activities of the individual may not clash with the interests of the whole but must proceed within the frame of the community and be for the general good.
We demand the abolition of all incomes not obtained through work.
We demand the abolition of limited liability for shareholders of public corporations, and a vested ownership share of each company, whatever its legal form: partnership or corporation, for all employees of said company. Each worker shall share in the ownership of the business to which he gives his labor.
We demand the maintenance of a healthy middle class. Therefore, extreme consideration shall be shown to all small purveyors to the National, State, and local governments.
We demand the reclamation by the people of industries critical to the common social welfare: reclaiming control of our money supply from the Federal Reserve, banking, the production and distribution of basic utilities, health and home insurance, among others. These shall take the form of nonprofit cooperatives owned and operated by customers for their own benefit. Citizens shall be free to select and join the cooperatives that most fit their needs.
The State must see to the raising of the standard of health in the nation by protecting mothers and infants, prohibiting child labor, increasing bodily efficiency by obligatory exercise and sport laid down by law, and the extensive support of clubs engaged in the healthy bodily development of the young. We demand an entire reform of the healthcare system to root out grifting for-profit insurance middlemen, end tax loophole incentives for over-charging, and reconnect price and supply to end consumer demand.
We demand land and real estate reform suitable to our national requirements: confiscation of land and real estate with just compensation for communal purposes (eminent domain) and the abolition of interest on land and real estate loans, as well as the prohibition of all speculation in land and real estate. Only citizens of the State may own title to land in the Nation. Ownership by foreign nationals shall be forbidden.
In order to facilitate this end, we demand that the State take an active share in all real estate in order to make its shared ownership explicit, rather than implicit via the current system of real estate taxes and forfeitures.
We demand justice for what has been done to our country. We demand ruthless prosecution of those whose activities have been or are injurious to the common interest. Sordid criminals against the nation, usurers, etc. must be punished with death, whatever their creed or race.
We demand a complete reform of the current judicial system. In regard to Courts of Equity, spurious and frivolous lawsuits shall be forbidden. That is, unless a criminal offense can be proven, no remedy in equity shall be possible for associated parties. In Criminal courts, a reform of all restrictions and sentencing regulations, as well as punishment guidelines. Incarceration terms in excess of 10 years are inhumane and shall be converted to death. The death sentence shall not be forbidden in any jurisdiction, neither shall the sentence of death be strung out with endless appeals but shall swiftly and evenly be meted out. No foreign nationals, and particularly jews, may be admitted to the bar in any jurisdiction. Neither shall foreign nationals sit on juries of peers.
We demand a reform of the education system, opening to every capable and industrious American the possibility of higher education and of thus obtaining advancement. The State must consider a thorough reconstruction of our national system of education in order to bring the curriculum of all educational establishments inline with the requirements of practical life and the sensibilities of the American people. Comprehension of the State idea must be the school objective, beginning with the first dawn of intelligence in the pupil. We demand development of the gifted children of poor parents, whatever their class of occupation, at the expense of the State, and the abolition of the restrictive gatekeeping of the wealthy upper classes via private universities.
We demand extensive reform of provisions for old age (Social Security) with a focus on requiring productive and useful work for as long as citizens can remain productive and useful participants in the community, and more full and complete care provisions when this is no longer possible.
We demand a total reform of the national press. All editors of newspapers, broadcast and online media and their assistants, employing the English language, must be members of the Nation. Special permission from the State shall be necessary before non-English media may be published.
All non-Whites shall be prohibited by law from participation financially in or influencing American news media, and that the penalty for contravention of the law shall be suppression of any such news outlet, confiscation of all associated assets, and the immediate deportation of the non-White concerned in it.
It shall be forbidden to publish news media not conducive to the national welfare. We demand legal prosecution of all tendencies in art, music, or literature of any kind likely to disintegrate our life as a unified Nation, and the suppression of institutions which militate against the requirements above-mentioned.
We demand liberty for all religious denominations in the State, so far as they are not a danger to it and do not militate against the moral feelings of the American Nation.
We demand the creation of a strong central power of the National State. Unquestioned authority of the politically centralized House and Senate over the entire Nation and its organization, formation of chambers and guilds for all classes and occupations for the purpose of carrying out the general laws promulgated by the government in the various states and localities. The leaders of our party swear to go straight forward – if necessary to sacrifice our lives – in securing the fulfillment of the foregoing points
